This blog is dedicated to the new CBS Films (the film division within CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) movie, The Back-Up Plan.  This site is sponsored by The Backup Plan, which is a provider of managed backup services.  Managed Service Providers use The Backup Plan as way to offer remote and managed backup services to their own clients.  So, if you are an IT consultant, a small IT shop, or a member of the IT department of an enterprise, non-profit, or educational institution, you may want to head over to thebackupplan.com and check out what they have to offer.  You may find that their services could benefit your customers and provide you with recurring revenue, at no up-front cost to you.  The Backup Plan created this blog to address the traffic coming to thebackupplan.com that was really meant for the movie.  There doesn’t seem to be an official site for the movie, so this can be the site for info and for users to discuss the film.

IN NO WAY is this meant to confuse anyone or to seem like an official CBS blog.  This is for entertainment purposes only.  All comments are the responsibility of those posting the comment, not of the site owner unless the comments are made by the site owner, in which case they are, in fact, the responsibility of the site owner.

Unless otherwise noted, all articles are written by tmcguire47, and copyrighted to the website.  You have permission to reprint any and everything, AS LONG as CREDIT is given and a link to the blog or specific posting is included.  If you wish to publish or reprint an article in a printed publication, please contact me using the contact form on this page. I will get back to you, usually within 24 hours.

yep – and we link to the official site now that there is one, off the blog roll.
We chareg really reasonable rates. ti depends on if you are a service provider (you want to provide backup services to your customers) or if you are a direct customer. Our price to direct customers comes out to $6 per month unlimited for home backup of a PC or Mac. For businesses it can be more for servers, depending on the config. Contact us via http://thebackupplan.com for more info and thanks for the interest.
