OK, I am playing catch-up most of the time, so the avid Alex O fans out there will already know about this. I guess Alex is eco-conscious, and, “In addition to recycling and conserving water, O’Loughlin rides his motorcycle whenever he can.” So, while in LA, he is having some work done on a custom bike, and stopped by the shop to check in on the progress. The shop has a blog, and in gruff and amiable way, states that Alex stopped by, got his hands dirty, and left them thinking he is “a pretty cool dude, for an Ausie actor.”

Pretty cool. I love motorcycles. I’ve been without one for a whole year, and would love to get one in my garage. Just like the garage guys, I’m becoming a bigger fan of Alex the more I stalk get to know him. But wait a minute, isn’t he supposed to be working on a movie?

Alex has resided in California since 2005. He only goes home to Australia on holidays. So basically he is a resident, not visiting.

Wonderful to see how he unwinds. would love to be driving down the road and see him at a stop light…no wait..let me think about it…I’d be catatonic and unable to operate a vehicle.

They say you steer your car towards wherever you are looking…so as long as you were actually stopped, he’d be safe at least.

[...] You may remember that Alex was having a motorcycle customized by the folks at Cro Customs. Well, the ever watchful Tiffany at AlexOloughlinOnline posted a picture and link to an update blog at the Cro site. They finished with his bike. Although they were a little skeptical about the particular model of bike, in the end everyone was stoked on the result. I personally have to say I like the lace wheels and the really nice really wheel hardware, especially the way they integrated the brake light setup. The bike looks pretty mean – it looks like it would eat my motorcycle. I’ll leave the loyal readers to comment on how Alex looks. [...]

[...] Sporty that Cro Customs has been working on. We’ve had some postings on it in the past (here and here), but I thought I’d check in for any updates, and sure enough, there are several. [...]
